About me

I’m safe, sane , have teeth, and I promise not to bite… well not at first. Seriously I’m financially and emotionally secure. I’ve lived in the same high rise downtown Chicago for 8 years. I work full time for a EdTech company and I also own a business. I take care of myself. I workout 6 days per week with weights and do a run walk on the lakefront 7 days per week. I’m also a certified personal fitness chef, personal fitness nutrition coach, personal fitness trainer, lifestyle&weight management.
